Water Workout 

Regain your strength and flexibility using water.  This non-impact exercise is great for your body.  A floating belt is recommended.   

Pool temp ranges 88-91 degrees

Begins Thursday, March 20th @ 1:15pm ~ 8 Weeks ~ $99

In the event of pool mechanical failure and/or pool closings, the Community School cannot be liable for lost class time.  There will be no make ups if Atria closes the pool for any reason.
