Usage
Easystroke training paddles are innovative and patented swim paddles. They enable beginners to learn to swim using the right movements and regular swimmers to improve or correct their stroke. The large surface area also allows for a greater muscular workout.They can be used for all 4 main swimming strokes.
Tightening
The buckled strap system can be tightened very quickly and adapts to fit all arm sizes.
Safety
The edges of the paddles are made from SEBS soft plastic to avoid injury to yourself or others.
