Inspired by 35 years of creating advanced sailcloth fabrics, ECOPAK was developed by Challenge Outdoor as the world's only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester film and fiber. Reclaimed plastic bottles turned into a stunning and eco-friendly textile more durable than traditional laminated nylon? Count us in.
We utilized a beautiful variation of ECOPAK, EPX400, as our main material and RBC400 (Recycled Bag Cloth) as our lining (more info on these incredible materials below). Then, we utilized PU-coated YKK Zippers for extra weather resistance.
With our signature design and exceptional fit, we present a unique, eco-friendly version of our versatile town-to-trail pack, built to handle years of rugged use.

Shell: ECOPAK EPX400, built utilizing a custom 840D CrossPly.
Black: Stock color.
Coyote Brown: Custom color for EVERGOODS.
Lining: Standard Gray RBC400 (Recycled Bag Cloth in 400 denier weight) with PU coating

Shoulder pad foam: Zote EV50
